We designed this 9 story, 71 unit apartment building on East 19th Street in Manhattan's Gramercy Park neighborhood. The building, which is a completely accessible model of urban elderly housing design, is part of the HUD 202 program and contains apartments for senior members of the community. The building's amenities include a community room, living room, library, lounge, backyard patio, and an outdoor roof terrace. We are currently working on offices for Cabrini Care at Home which will be located within the building. 

We have also completed their executive offices and an Adult Day Healthcare Center overlooking the East River in Manhattan, as well as their Senior Sisters Residence in Philadelphia
