• innovative programs, such as their College Answer Plan and Personal Finance Offices

• archives and records retention facilities

• back-office processing facilities

• regional headquarters facilities

• headquarters and other branches in Maryland

• a mortgage operation center

• facilities for industrial credit

• numerous mini-branches in corporate office parks, office buildings, supermarkets, and discount stores

• renovating all Biscayne Federal branches in Florida when they were acquired by Citicorp, including developing the new headquarters branch

• renovating forty branches for priority services, with basic designs and budgets, completed within two and a half weeks

• producing designs for investment offices in twenty branches in the Florida marketplace
