The first phase of this project involved combining two one bedroom
apartments in a
prewar building on Manhattan's Upper East Side to create a single three
bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Subsequently, our client purchased an additional adjacent one bedroom
apartment at which time we designed a renovation to include three bedrooms,
four bathrooms, a family room, and an office in addition to a living room,
dining room, and kitchen. We designed all millwork, lighting and
selected the finishes as part of the project.
