Construction has begun on this multi-phased $54 million expansion and renovation we designed for St. Cabrini Nursing Home, a 306 bed healthcare facility overlooking the Hudson River. The project will create state-of-the-art nursing units, relocate their convent, and upgrade their public spaces, administrative offices, and site circulation. This will include two new two story nursing wings added to their original 1960's building and a three story nursing wing added to their 1980 wing. As nursing home architects, we were concerned that this new design help improve patient care and foster a more residential environment.

We have also designed an adult day healthcare center in a portion of the lower level of the nursing home. The Center provides social activities and healthcare services to elderly residents of the community.
