This is a $61 million campus we designed in Coney Island which contains the 360 bed Shorefront Jewish Geriatric Center and the 13 story, 116 unit Shorefront Towers assistive living facility which was designed under the HUD 202 program.

We completed approximately 100,000 square feet of office space for this client to house their corporate offices, their Home Healthcare operations, and their Elderplan Division.

We have also completed an Alzheimer’s daycare facility and designed a renovation of their Brenner Pavilion, a 528 bed extended care facility, to include a new lobby, elevators, and modernization of several departments.

In addition, we have completed an 80 slot adult day healthcare center for Metropolitan.
