He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and holds Architectural licenses in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, and California. He is member of the prestigious National Hospital and Healthcare Facilities Guidelines Committee. He serves as Chairman of the Nursing Home Sub-Committee of the New York State Department of Health’s Construction Standards Advisory Group (CSAG) and is a member of its Steering Committee.
